This stand provides just the right amount of incline to the case to allow the door to swing up just a little and also to allow the guitar to lean back into the case as you put it to rest. We make the stand available for those who wish to stand their travel case up and out of the way. Velcro is used to connect stand and case.
Your travel case is designed to fit the guitar snugly in order to protect it during shipment/travel. This snug fit may not be conducive to easy in/out placement of the instrument in the case. Therefore this solution is not the best for frequently used guitars. (Our Guitar Humidor™ cases have oversized compartments to allow the guitar to fit in easily and relatively loosely).
